Yesterday, my cousins Karen, Kathy, and Luke came to visit. Karen and Kathy are my mom's 1st cousins and Luke is Kathy's son. If I figure this right, that means Luke and I are 2nd cousins and Luke and Mira are 2nd cousins, once removed.
We had a great time catching up and taking a quick tour around UVa. When we got back we caught some NCAA basketball. First we cheered on Syracuse (where they're all from). Next we watched my bracket blow up during the rest of the first day's morning session. Even so, it was great to be together for the day.
